Varioflex-N
The network cabinets in the Varioflex-N series have been designed and produced for optimum cabling of network components. Sophisticated optimizations offer market-compliant stability with maximum flexibility. A modular base chassis, which can be opened using screwed 483 mm (19") blind panels, offers sufficient space for cables of all kinds. In addition, there are two cable inlets with brushes at the top and bottom of the cabinet, as well as another at the rear of the base chassis. Generous vertical cable ducts with plastic cable routing aids and covers, installed in the front, perfectly round off the versatile features of the network cabinet.
A separate, removable cover with ventilation slots ensures improved air circulation. This sits over a special construction for easy mounting of a fan module. Four cranked, galvanized 483 mm (19") profiles are integrated inside the enclosure, which are connected to the base frame of the enclosure at several points via depth braces. They are depth-adjustable and have a marking of the respective height unit, legible in both directions. Each cabinet is a robust steel construction made of up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005).
Modular lockable and removable side panels and doors improve accessibility. The door hinges can be changed. Furthermore, the cabinets can be completely dismantled if required thanks to the demountable design.
Unique
The network cabinets in the Unique series have been developed for particularly convenient and flexible network cabling. Brush-equipped inlets in the top and base (from 26U and 800 mm cabinet width), a slide-on inlet in the base chassis with foam rubber seal and rear brush strips above and below the rear door (from 26U) enable versatile use in a wide range of application scenarios. Vertical cable ducts with cover, installed next to the profile rails (from 800 mm enclosure width), round off the design. An offset, removable cover with ventilation slots ensures improved air circulation.
This sits over a special construction for easy mounting of a fan module. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. They can be adjusted in depth and are connected to additional depth braces in the enclosure. Each enclosure is a robust steel construction made from sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Modular lockable and removable side panels and doors improve accessibility.

In the floor chassis, this is located centrally at the rear, protected by a screw-fastened cover plate. Enclosures from 800 mm width are additionally extended by cable inlets with plastic covers on the left and right. These are also integrated in the roof (1 x for 600 mm enclosure width, 3 x for 800 mm enclosure width).
The roof chassis is also provided with a punched-out area to accommodate a fan module. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. They can be adjusted in depth and are connected to additional depth braces in the cabinet. Each enclosure is a robust steel construction made from sheet steel up to 1.5 mm thick. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Removable side and rear panels as well as the lockable and removable front door improve accessibility. The door hinges can be changed. Furthermore, the cabinets can be completely dismantled if required thanks to the demountable design.
Wall mounting cabinets
The Dynamic series wall-mounted network cabinets have been developed for simple and particularly cost-optimized network expansion. The roof, base and rear panel of each cabinet are equipped with a pre-punched cable inlet. The roof chassis is also provided with a punched-out area to accommodate a fan module. Two pairs of galvanized 483 mm (19") profile rails, labelled with height units that can be read in both directions, are installed inside. These can be adjusted in depth.
Each cabinet is a robust steel construction made of up to 1.5 mm thick sheet steel. The coloring takes the form of electrostatic powder coating in the standard colors grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005). Removable side panels and the lockable and removable front door improve accessibility. The door hinges can be changed. Wall mounting is carried out in two simple steps: The supplied mounting plate is screwed to the wall and then connected to the housing.
